What is LUNAR GENESIS?
Lunar Genesis is a series of books about human colonization on Planet Lagomorpha, written by sci-fi guru J.W. Purefoy. There are six books in the series, the first written in 1963 and the last in 1975. The books are inspired mostly by Cold War events like the Cuban Missile Crisis, the moon landing, and From Russia with Love. They are not known for their subtlety. After a long period of being stuck in bargain bins in retail stores across America, a major Hollywood studio saw potential in the series and an film adaptation was made. Whether the rest in the series will be adapted to film depends on the box office receipts.

Why Lunar Genesis is AWESOME
Lunar Genesis is pretty much the GREATEST sci-fi book series of all time, it is a travesty that it is not linked to Tolkien, Asimov, or Hubbard. It was written during the cold war, and is representative of humanities struggle for equality. So yeah, its really deep and stuff and is a total underrated classic!
